2. Description of Service

Indunex AI Private Limited builds AI-native growth systems for Indian manufacturing SMEs. We map your core processes and build automated systems to manage procurement, production, and order fulfillment. Our systems are designed to reduce dependency on individuals and provide defined, AI-powered KPIs and reporting.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to use Indunex AI's software for your business's internal manufacturing operations. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
• Transfer the platform access to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

4. Integrations and Data Management

Indunex AI integrates with various third-party services to automate your workflows (such as Quote-to-Cash and Request-to-Stock). You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your connected account credentials. Indunex AI is not responsible for any data loss or modifications made within your connected accounts due to your use of the platform.

5. Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an 'as is' basis. Indunex AI Private Limited makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular manufacturing purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Indunex AI Private Limited or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our systems.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
