3. Data Privacy and Security
We understand that your manufacturing data, supplier lists, and BOMs are highly confidential. Indunex employs industry-standard security protocols to protect your proprietary information. However, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Subscription and Billing
Access to certain features requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with overdue payments.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, AI algorithms, designs, and content provided by Indunex are the intellectual property of Indunex. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute our platform infrastructure or code.
6. Limitation of Liability
While Indunex strives for 100% uptime and accuracy in our AI workflows and operational analytics, we are not liable for direct or indirect manufacturing losses, delays, or production issues arising from the use of our software.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the platform.
